Jacinta Chang

Founder

Paced Growth was founded by Jacinta Chang who is a commercial consultant specialising in luxury accommodation and bespoke projects to help businesses achieve revenue and profit growth.

Jacinta has worked for over 20 years with some of the best luxury properties in Australia and overseas, including the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, Langham Hospitality Group and Ahura Resorts. Most recently holding the position of Director of Revenue for The Langham Gold Coast and Jewel Residences Gold Coast from 2023 to 2025, Jacinta is also certified in Revenue Management from Cornell University (New York, USA), with a Bachelors of Commerce from Griffith University (Queensland, Australia). Her business acumen is purist and data driven, with a creative and holistic approach, proven record of achieving market leading revenue performances and successfully launching new commercial projects.

She is active in her passion projects, including working with local owner operator and family owned brands, and partnering with government and private sectors on socioeconomic initiatives, including empowering women and community engagement.
